Mike Templeton is Vice President of Digital Strategy at NexChapter, a strategic advisory firm helping clients in the convenience ecosystem drive growth in a digital world. He joined the firm following a 15-year career as a c-store retailer. Most recently Mike was the head of digital at Casey’s, the third largest convenience store chain in the U.S. Mike led Casey’s digitized order-ahead pizza business, their top-ranked loyalty program, and the entire digital experience – serving millions of consumers across the brand’s touchpoints. Prior to Casey’s he worked for the Kum & Go chain as its first social media manager, and then later in marketing with increasing responsibilities for loyalty, the mobile app, and the broader digital experience.
