Rachel Puepke is a Marketing Executive with over 20 years of experience in CPG, Foodservice, and Retail. She is a consumer savvy marketer with proven success driving profitable growth for multi-million-dollar CPG and Restaurant brands using strategic rigor and a passion for creativity.
She currently serves as VP of Marketing and Merchandising for CEFCO Convenience stores where she first entered the Convenience Retail industry. Her areas of responsibility include all aspects of Marketing, Foodservice, and Retail Merchandise Sales. Since joining CEFCO in 2021, she’s established a new brand strategy, revamped the CEFCO Rewards Loyalty Program, and launched several new innovations such as their new private label brand Y’ALL, and proprietary “Infinity” pizza, a crustless pizza.
Prior to CEFCO, she spent 17 years at PepsiCo where she gained cross-functional experiences in Finance, Channel Strategy, and Customer Marketing. The majority of her tenure at PepsiCo was in Customer Marketing and Restaurant Strategy for the Foodservice division where she led teams managing accounts such as Taco Bell, Little Caesars, Arby’s, Jersey Mike’s, and Panda Express, and was a 4-time Vendor of the Year winner.
Rachel graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Economics.
